Take-Away Sheets
Designed the layout of the take-away paper to be used by all instructors in their lessons.

Project overview: The client needs to improve their take-away sheets. These sheets of paper are filled out during a lesson between instructor and customer, and then given to the customer at the end of their session.
The goals of the project: To better organize notes, reduce waste and improve the quality of the take-away sheet which in turn would improve internal and external customer satisfaction.
Target audience: Language instructors who are currently employed, existing customers and potential customers.
Overview of the business: A language education company.
This design was implemented throughout the whole of Japan in 2019 and is still being
used to this day.
