Project overview: Put together, deliver, and design a workshop and handouts.
The goal: Improve the quality and customer service output of instructors in their lesson delivery.
Target audience: Instructors currently employed at the Yurakucho center in Tokyo.
Overview of the business: A language education company.
The workshop was given to various groups of instructors, each group consisted of four instructors and was delivered in March and April of 2020.
